Fresh
Bloom,
Yellow
As
The
Sun,
Has
Risen
And
Begun.
Survivor
Of
Winter
Snows,
Now
Trembles
In
The
Breeze
And
Glows.
Brave
Flower,
Meant
To
Last
A
Brief
Hour,
Bulb
Buried
Deep,
Will
Fade
And
Fall,
Then
Go
Back
To
Sleep.

Old
World
Hangs
Together
And,
Depending
On
The
Weather,
We’ll
All
Live,
Despite
The
Pain,
Until
The
Plum
Tree
Blooms
Again.
War
Threatens,
Money’s
Scarce,
And
Frightened,
We
Cower,
But
Hold
On
With
Every
Power,
Resolute,
Until
Once
Again,
The
Plum
Tree
Comes
Into
Flower.

Limbs
Coated,
Bushes

Puff

Fluffy
Stuff.
No
Sun,
But

Has

Begun.

All

Of
Snow.

Crowded
Sea
Into
A
Dance
Floor

France.

Hand,
We

That

Land,
Then
He
Went
North,
And
Heart
In
Mouth,
I Went
South.

Promises

Wintry
Hours.

Regulation
Instructs
The
Nation
Twice

Year
To
Alter
The
Clock’s
Steady
Gear,
Raising
Fear
And
Frustration
In
The
Population.
Time
Is
An
Abstraction,
We
Accept
With
Abstract
Satisfaction,
But,
No,
It’s
Not
Exactly
So.
I Must
Complain.
To
Cast
Away
A
Precious
Hour
Jostles
The
Day
And
Addles
My
Brain.
