Today
In
Kathmandu,
The
Buildings
Fell
Two
By
Two,
It’s
Achingly
True,
As
Natures
Wrath
Violated
Buddha’s
Solemn
Path.
Holy
Earth
Shivered
Like
Troubled
Waters,
Crushing
Random
Sons
And
Daughters.
The
Great
Mountain,
Its
Grandeur
Vexed
By
Insulting
Tools
And
Ice
Axed
Fools,
Remains
Frozen
Cruel,
Shows
All
Her
Sacred
Teeth,
And
Watches
As
Climbers
Fall,
To
Be
Lost,
Like
Broken
Nepal.
